Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA) seeks a Residential Assistant for its Youth Residential Treatment Center in Gresham, OR.

The role is overnight (11:30pm–7:30am) with weekend requirements and a wage range of $21.00–$25.20 per hour plus an overnight differential of $2.60, totaling $23.60–$27.80. Formación

• Current, active driver's license.
• Current, active auto insurance.
• Over the age of 23.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight supervision and support to youth in a residential treatment setting.
• Conduct safety checks, bed checks, and facility rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Drive clients to appointments, as requested.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while enforcing program rules and expectations.
• Respond to emergencies, behavioral concerns, and resident needs.
• Medication administration.
• Complete documentation, including shift logs, incident reports, and communication records.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and regulations.
• Assist with morning wake-up routines.
• Light housekeeping, filing, and other duties to support residential operations.
