NARA Northwest is seeking Residential Assistants for on-call shifts at our Youth Residential Treatment Center in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include supervising youth, administering medications ( MARs ), and maintaining a safe, structured environment.

The role requires driving, a valid license, auto insurance, and the ability to work flexible on-call hours. Pre-employment drug tests, background checks, and required certifications are part of the process.

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Current auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with youth.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision to youth during daily treatment activities.
• Build professional relationships with residents while maintaining boundaries.
• Conduct routine safety checks and document care.
• Administer medications as authorized and maintain MARs.
• Utilize trauma-informed approaches to support youth needs.
• Transport youth to appointments and activities as needed.
• Complete daily logs, incident reports, and resident updates.
