Justice Resource Institute Inc in Lowell, MA is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to support adolescents in a trauma-informed GRIP program. You will convey your passion for helping others with an energetic, positive approach while working with our clients, and you will stay awake during overnight shifts to ensure safety and wellbeing.

The pay range is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must remain awake during overnight shifts to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Support adolescents in developing coping strategies in a trauma-informed GRIP program.
• Role model healthy life skills such as cooking, banking, and other daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic community for clients.
