The AO-YDP will stay awake during shifts, conduct bed checks, transport residents as needed, and document activities in real time while following program plans and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bed checks every 15 minutes with staggered timing to prevent predictability.
• Must remain awake and alert throughout the shift.
• Provide safe, secure, and supportive environment following treatment plans.
• Ability to interact with residents in a non-threatening, supportive manner.

• Remain awake and alert for the full shift.
• Perform bed checks for each resident with staggered timing.
• Transport and accompany residents to school and community activities as needed.
• Complete shift paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
• Document bed checks in real time and report incidents.
• Maintain facility security by ensuring doors and windows are secured.
