Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking dedicated nursing staff in Maryland to provide warm, person-centered care to residents on site. The role includes administering medications per the care plan, monitoring wellbeing, and collaborating with the Health Services Director on assessments at specified intervals.

Ideal candidates hold a current RN or LPN license, a nursing degree, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on wellbeing and communicating changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire the team and collaborate with Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at required intervals.
