CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking Youth Wellbeing Navigators to support youth and families facing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment within our campus facilities. The position requires evening, weekend, and overnight availability, with transport duties as needed and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, with 2 years of behavioral health experience* or related course work
• Ability to work some weekends, and/or overnights
• At least 21 years of age
• A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record
• (May require) State of Nebraska Med Aid License, or ability to obtain

Job Details: Job Location: Lincoln, NE 68502, We are currently looking for full and part-time Youth Wellbeing Navigators to work with our youth population with scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

THE JOB

As a member of the SquareOne Integrated team, you will provide support and supervision to youth and families experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role involves monitoring daily activities, enforcing facility guidelines, modeling positive behaviors, advocating for youth and families, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining a clean and secure facility, and transporting clients as needed using an agency or personal vehicle (with reimbursement).
