Qualifications

• Active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer Registration (Guard Card) is required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
• Must own a smartphone capable of running the company’s patrol and reporting application.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the property.
• Operate a company patrol vehicle safely during shifts.
• Complete patrol tours by scanning QR code checkpoints using the company’s mobile application.
• Submit Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation via the mobile reporting app.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals; respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
