Responsibilities include completing DARs and incident reports via the company reporting app, adhering to post orders, and delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and clear written communication are required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Suffolk, VA site.
• Proficient with the company’s mobile reporting application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
• Control access and verify identification when required.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports using the reporting app.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company policies.
• Notify supervisors and emergency services when appropriate.
• Provide professional customer service with a visible security presence.
