Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in San Diego, CA. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to earn more, up to a 40-hour week, and a starting pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include resident and staff safety, patrols, access monitoring, incident reporting, and upholding site policies. Prior licensing per state/local laws and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access and observe activity, maintaining awareness of site conditions with respect for all individuals.
• Document incidents and patrol activity, communicating to site leadership and emergency responders as directed.
