AMFM Healthcare in Vienna, VA is seeking a Part-Time Resident Coordinator I for the Overnight/Weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday, 7:30 PM–7:30 AM). The role supervises residents in Transitional Living Homes and promotes safety, recovery, and well-being, working with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include 21+ age, HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and TB clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Successful completion of the ADP Selective Screening Services background check.
• Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or similar.
• Possess valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility (4 years driving, 21+, <3 moving violations, >1 major violation in last 3 years).
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current TB clearance
• Physical ability to sit, type, read, communicate, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival and safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients, families and others daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Document client activities in BestNotes EHRS.
• Collaborate with the program nurse and clinical team on client reports and medications.
