Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Background check via ADP Selective Screening Services.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record per policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Physical ability to sit, use a computer, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to activities, ensuring safety.
• Document client activities in BestNotes and communicate with staff.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection prevention guidelines.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Facilitate recovery activities and group sessions with clients.
• Monitor client behavior and participate in daily passdowns.
