Job summary

AMFM Treatment in Vienna, VA seeks a Part-Time Resident Coordinator I for overnight/back-to-back weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 7:30PM–7:30AM). The role supervises residents in Transitional Living Homes, promotes safety and recovery, and documents care activities in BestNotes.

Must meet high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification, with a background check. The RCI collaborates with the program nurse and clinical team, ensures policy compliance, and supports daily recovery

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Background check via ADP Selective Screening.
• Physical ability including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to activities, ensuring safety and on-time arrival.
• Document client activities in BestNotes and communicate with clinical staff.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety per policy and incident reports.
• Support recovery activities and group sessions and document outcomes in the EHR.
• Conduct orientation for new residents and review emergency procedures.
