Looking for meaningful work that fits your schedule? Home Instead is hiring dependable and compassionate people for overnight and weekend shifts throughout the Tri Cities.

Whether you want extra income, part-time hours, or the beginning of a rewarding career, we would love to meet you!

No professional care experience? No problem. We provide paid training and can help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA).

What You’ll Do

• Overnight supervision and safety
• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and household routines
• Transportation, errands, and appointments
• Helping clients remain safe and independent at home

Pay and Benefits

• Starting at $18.00 per hour
• Higher starting pay for licensed HCAs and CNAs
• Flexible overnight, weekend, and part-time schedules
• Additional daytime shifts available, if desired
