Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in the Tri Cities area of Washington state is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities. You’ll help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep and companionship, while receiving weekly pay and continuous training.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive hands-on training is provided and support is available 24/7 from the team.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
• No experience required; hands-on training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as household chores, cooking and meals, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to store, appointments or activities when needed
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Current Needs:

• Caregiver with personnels care skill set - Such are Toileting, Bathing and dressing
• Caregivers with heavy Care Experience Preferred - Such personal care (showering and Toileting), Heavy lifting and Cognitive Disorders
• At this time we are looking for caregiver to work in Hour range Mon- Sun 8am - 12pm, 9 am - 4 pm, 10 am - 12 pm, 12pm - 4 pm

Additional Information

• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
