McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the 3rd shift in Otsego, MN. You will verify inventory, pull and sort products, and coordinate shift labor while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
