Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Receiver in Minnesota. The role supports receiving operations, ensuring product condition is checked on arrival and properly documented. You will work with carriers to sort inventory, maintain product integrity, and handle orders and labeling.

The position offers a full-time overnight schedule with benefits and opportunities to advance within a safety-focused, team-oriented warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferably have previous receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Examine product condition on arrival from carriers.
• Document overages/shorts/damages, expiration dates, temperature, trailer condition, pests, tampering.
• Direct outside carriers and unloaders on sorting/segregation of product.
• Maintain product integrity per McLane standards.
• Print pallet labels, enter purchase orders, assign doors.
• Cover Receiving Clerk as needed.
• Follow safety rules and company work practices.
• Meet production standards; minimize mispicks, shorts, damages.
• Follow directions; work independently and in teams.
• Be trained and certified to operate required equipment within 30 days.
