Job summary

The Warehouse Supervisor at Coke Northeast leads warehouse personnel and oversees shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient space utilization to meet daily sales needs. The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and adherence to company policies while managing within budgetary guidelines.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, implement loading patterns to minimize delays, and drive productivity, quality, and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Warehouse, Operations or Logistics experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklift certification a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations as needed
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
• Ensure efficient utilization of space; establish warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading times and guarantee proper stock rotation
• Supervise team of warehouse employees; ensure team is adequately staffed, managed, trained and evaluated
• Manage within budgetary and operational guidelines
• Comply with OSHA regulations as well as company established policies and procedures
• Maintain and enforce standards of health, safety, and security
• Make recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall productivity, quality and safety of warehouse operations
