McLane Company, Inc. in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Warehouse Stocker to maintain open-case product flow for Warehouse Selectors. You will operate power equipment, assist Supervisors, and help ensure accurate counts while upholding safety standards.

We offer a $22.75/hour pay rate, 3:00 a.m. start, and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance, with vacation and sick leave accrual from day one plus holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use reports and computer programs to choose product.
• Prepare boxes and place in slots for selection, replenishing as needed.
• Check quantities against stocking reports.
• Record product moves and ensure correct counts; remedy mis-slotted items.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to people and products.
• Other duties may be assigned.
