McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector II in Temple, TX. This full-time role starts at a pay rate of $17.75 per hour with an early start time of 3:00am.

You will read labels, pull items for orders and move totes along a conveyor while following strict safety protocols. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and life insurance, plus vacation, sick leave, holidays after 90 days and 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from a slot location into a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a conveyor line until the order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
