GardaWorld Security is seeking a Warehouse Security Supervisor in Chester, PA for an overnight shift. You will lead a team of security officers, conduct mobile patrols, and ensure compliance with site and company policies while delivering high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers during mobile patrols and site inspections.
• Ensure officer accountability, site coverage, and post order compliance.
• Provide coaching and direction to security personnel.
• Monitor site activity, respond to incidents, and decide during emergencies.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and onboarding.
• Complete incident reports, supervisor logs, and daily activity reports.
• Serve as primary contact between site personnel, GardaWorld management, and clients.
