Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and sound decision-making abilities.
• Able to pass extensive background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overnight shift and coordinate with site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during scheduled mobile patrols and site inspections.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure officer accountability and post order compliance.
• Provide coaching and direction to security personnel and maintain a professional work environment.
• Monitor site activity and respond to incidents with sound judgment in routine and emergencies.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and onboarding of officers as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, supervisor logs, and daily activity reports.
• Serve as primary liaison between site personnel, GardaWorld management, and client representatives.
• Ensure officers maintain professional appearance and adhere to GardaWorld policies.
