GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an experienced Facility Security Supervisor for the overnight shift in Chester, PA. You will lead a team of officers during mobile patrols, ensuring post orders are followed and incidents are handled professionally.

The role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to coach staff. You will coordinate scheduling, training, and onboarding, while maintaining GardaWorld's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a security environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including report writing.
• Proven ability to lead a team, make sound decisions, and remain composed in routine and emergency situations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Sharp visual activity and concentration.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or supervisory experience – a plus.
• You have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed incident reports, supervisor logs, and daily activity reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site personnel, GardaWorld management, and client representatives during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all officers maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and uphold GardaWorld's high standards of service.

$19/hour | Chester, PA | Overnight Shift

We're seeking experienced, detail driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance and leadership. As a Warehouse Security Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of security officers conducting driving mobile patrols while serving as the first point of contact for operational oversight.

This role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, exceptional situational awareness, and the professionalism expected of a field supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring officers perform their duties effectively, maintain compliance with site and company policies, and deliver the high level of service our clients expect.

• Set schedule - Overnight Shift, Wednesday-Friday 10PM-6AM

Qualifications
