Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Milpitas store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to maintain accurate inventory and efficiency.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and be forklift certified or willing to obtain certification. Flexibility for peak-season hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and training.
