Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping of shipments while upholding safety and quality standards. You will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and support colleagues in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

Training across multiple zones is provided, with ESOP benefits and growth opportunities. This full-time role runs on a night shift (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM) with a starting pay of $19.70

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines.
• Maintain attendance according to policy and uphold safe work practices.
• Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested; participate in continuous improvement.
