Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products. The Associate, Warehouse Operations role ensures accurate receiving and preparation of shipments, operating equipment, and managing inventory—while upholding safety and teamwork.

You will join a distribution center team with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position offers full-time hours, benefits after 30 days, and eligibility for ESOP and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• Experience in food distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments accurately and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain safe work practices.
• Manage inventory and build pallets to meet customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards and minimize errors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
