Job summary

Openwork is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Lead for a new Houston location. You will lead and support warehouse employees, conduct shift-start briefings, and keep workflow organized to ensure daily priorities are met.

We require 1–2+ years of warehouse lead experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and reliability. This role offers a full-time overnight schedule with benefits including medical, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Must understand and be committed to working a dedicated overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees.
• Conduct shift-start briefings and communicate daily priorities.
• Keep workflow organized and employees on task.
• Inspect and process returned materials following quality procedures.
• Build and prepare flight kits for United Airlines.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing airline laundry (no washing involved).
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports.
• Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Remain standing and active for 8+ hours.
