Job summary

Coloplast in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Team Lead for the Overnight Shift (7 pm to 5:30 am) to supervise distribution, monitor inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure timely orders and accurate records.

Candidate should have 2+ years in a warehouse/production setting, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word and RF scanners. Night shift differential applies; a strong EHS mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse or production environment experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word; RF scanners experience.
• Willingness to learn Material Handling Equipment certification.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the control desk operations and day-close process.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipment workflows and ensure proper printing and distribution.
• Ensure orders ship on time and trailers load/unload correctly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and adhere to EHS/quality standards.
