Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Group Lead in Robbinsville, NJ to support daily warehouse operations and system processes. You will plan and coordinate workflow for your area, ensure proper resource placement, and help meet shipping deadlines while maintaining safety standards.

You will lead a small team, train staff, generate and review reports, operate an RF unit and possibly powered lift equipment, and communicate with drivers to schedule pickups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience supporting multiple warehouse areas.
• 1-3 years operating powered lift equipment.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities and SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is shipped accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety practices.
• Lead a team, provide on-the-job and safety training.
• Generate and maintain data reports with consistent entry.
• Operate RF unit and possibly powered lift equipment.
• Coordinate with truck dispatchers for pickups and deliveries.
• Meet accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area per safety rules.
