Job summary

SanMar in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a 12pm Equipment Operator to safely locate products using an RF scanner, load and move items, and prepare customer orders throughout the shift.

You will follow safety rules, complete lift certification every three years, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for overtime and benefits like medical plans and a 401(k). This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read labels and SKUs, and teamwork to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience
• Read/write and identify colors, sizes, SKUs
• Basic math skills
• Follow directions and adapt to priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product and materials with RF unit
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product
• Restock, pick, and pack product for orders
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment keys
• Maintain OSHA lift certification every three years
