Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking candidates for a warehouse role in Knoxville. The shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 4:00am. Pay ranges from $20.60 to $21.20 per hour and varies by experience. Benefits include 401k contributions, paid time off and access to wages before payday with MyFlexPay.

Responsibilities include order fulfillment, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation. Training for material handling equipment is available and encouraged for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas and attendance.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, cherry picker).
