Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking warehouse team members to receive, pick, pack and ship orders. You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly, with cross-training across areas and a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods. Overtime flexibility and basic English reading/writing are essential; training for equipment like order pickers and forklifts is provided.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
Flexible to work overtime as needed.
Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Work in a fast-paced distribution environment with quotas.
Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic English reading/writing to process documents.

Responsibilities

Fulfill orders with accurate picking, quality checks, packing and shipment prep.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
