Cardinal Health in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate on a Sunday through Thursday shift, starting 6:00pm on Sunday and 7:00pm–4:00am Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime to complete tasks. The role focuses on receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and ensuring accurate, safe operations to meet customer needs.

This position offers an hourly range of $20.60–$21.20 (includes shift differential) with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, myFlexPay access,

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work at heights regularly (20-30 ft).
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Experience with computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders with accurate picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks in a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie).
