Job summary

Brand Enhance Hospitality is seeking a courteous valet attendant to greet guests, assist with directions and luggage, and perform vehicle parking duties at our California properties. You will complete valet tickets, conduct vehicle checks, and ensure keys are securely stored.

The role requires driving both automatic and manual transmissions, a valid license, and availability for overnight shifts. You will also manage rental items and maintain a clean drive area while delivering exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and open car and lobby doors.
• Assist guests with directions and unloading/reloading luggage.
• Complete valet ticket with a vehicle damage check.
• Safely park and move vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and secured in the key room or podium.
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.) with waivers.
• Drive shuttle vehicle based on site requirements.
• Maintain a clean drive and key room/podium area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they enter the drive, opening car and lobby doors
• Assist all guests and visitors with property directions and unloading/reloading any luggage
• Complete the valet ticket including a comprehensive vehicle damage check
• Safely park and move vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and secured in the key room or podium
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
• Drive shuttle vehicle based on site requirements
• Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Driver's License with no marks on record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Ability to work overnight shift
• Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
