Job summary

Brand Enhance Hospitality is seeking a courteous valet attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and open doors for guests at the property.

You will complete valet tickets, perform vehicle damage checks, park and move vehicles safely, assist with shuttle duties, and maintain a clean, organized work area while providing exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with no marks on record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they enter the drive, opening car and lobby doors.
• Assist all guests and visitors with property directions and unloading/reloading any luggage.
• Complete the valet ticket including a comprehensive vehicle damage check.
• Assist with luggage to and from rooms, escorting guests, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Safely park and move vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with in-room dining, food delivery, and guest requests.
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and secured in the key room or podium.
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver.
• Drive shuttle vehicle based on site requirements.
• Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area).
