Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol for the Overnight Shift in Seattle, WA. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff at a healthcare location.

As an overnight unarmed officer, perform routine/random patrols, respond to incidents calmly, and document observations according to site procedures. A high school diploma and background check are required.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard Card or license preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors per site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital areas and perimeter locations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
Assist with visitor screening, directions, and access procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations per Allied Universal reporting requirements.
