Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking a dependable individual to inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on tractors and trailers. The role is an overnight position with a 6pm–6am shift, Sunday–Wednesday and Wednesday–Saturday options.

You’ll ensure DOT compliance, inspect tires and exterior components, refuel as needed, and help keep equipment moving safely. Requires a high school diploma or GED (or related mechanical experience) and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 105 lbs and push/pull up to 115 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT Inspections.
• Refuel equipment as required.
• Inspect tires, lights, and other exterior components for safe operating conditions.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore equipment to working condition as per manuals.
