Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class B and driver’s license.

• Pass background check and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees employees in performance of work and provides guidance in resolution of routine problems.
• Builds, repairs, and maintains track.
• Direct and instruct operators of equipment assigned to the gang; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain daily task, payroll and production reports; accident and personnel records.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct required safety training.
