Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Ridgefield Park, NJ, is seeking an Overnight Team Member. You will deliver friendly customer service, prepare and serve food, handle payments at the POS, and maintain merchandise quality and cleanliness across the plaza.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We offer benefits and opportunities within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
