Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Prepare, stock and serve food items.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
