Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Fort Lee, NJ is hiring for an Overnight Team Member with a $1.50 shift differential. You will provide outstanding customer service, handle cash, prepare and serve food, and support daily operations in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures for packing, labeling, dating, stocking and storing products.
• Prepare and serve quality food; assist in kitchen tasks.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
