Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking an Overnight Team Member to join our plaza team. You will deliver friendly customer service, stock and clean, process payments, and assist in preparing and serving quality food to travelers.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, ensuring food safety and proper labeling, and performing a variety of kitchen tasks. The role requires standing for long periods, nights/weekends, and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
