Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Team Member for part-time or full-time roles at our travel plazas. You will deliver friendly service, keep the store clean and stocked, and process customer payments at the POS.

The role supports a high-paced environment and requires a positive, customer-first attitude. You will also prepare and serve food items, follow food safety standards, and assist in meeting guests’ needs while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Handle food preparation, packaging, and labeling.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
