Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare and serve food, and manage daily plaza operations. You will handle payments, assist travelers, and support in food preparation and stocking while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires friendly interaction with the public, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training provided and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) and handle payments accurately.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures for packaging and labeling.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
