Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas that provide convenience, food options and quick service for travelers. As a Team Member – Full Time, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean areas, and handle payments accurately.

You’ll work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, earned wage access, education assistance and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS, process payments, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, food safety policies, and company procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
