Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide supervision and support during overnight hours, assist with morning routines, and help individuals lead healthy, independent lives in their communities.

You will follow health and medication protocols, respond to crises using approved procedures, assist with transportation as needed, and maintain timely, accurate documentation. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation in a timely manner.
