Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will promote health, safety, and independence while advocating for community inclusion.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Additional hourly differentials may apply based on position and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use crisis intervention techniques and follow procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy.
• Assist individuals with transportation needs and planning.
• Review and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
