Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in California is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to support residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, transfers, and medication assistance during the night. You will monitor safety and coordinate with the team to ensure a calm, respectful environment.

You will document care plans, respond to concerns from residents and families, and help uphold safety protocols. This is a part-time/on-call role with $18.00–$19.00 hourly pay plus an overnight

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (per Title 22).
• Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (continence care, showering, grooming, transfers, medication assistance).
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversee safety and security of the building and residents during the night shift.
• Serve as first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
