Dash In is seeking an Overnight Back-of-House Supervisor in Ashland, VA to lead a dedicated team during overnight hours. You will oversee inventory, food preparation, and sanitation while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with the BOH Manager, train associates, minimize waste, and uphold Dash In Brand Standards while delivering strong operation support through the night shift.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

As a BOH Supervisor, you'll:

• Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support.
• Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
• Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations.
