Job summary

Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team and ensure seamless operations in Concord, NC.

This role collaborates with the BOH Manager, oversees inventory, food prep, and sanitation, and drives productivity while maintaining Dash In Brand Standards. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role in food service or retail.
• High School Diploma or GED (or able to complete employer-paid GED).
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US (E-Verify).
• Ability to multitask and solve problems; comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a top-performing back-of-house team with the BOH Manager.
• Oversee inventory management, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure food products meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide tools, ongoing training, and support to the team.
• Streamline processes to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Communicate with BOH Manager about inventory, equipment, staff performance.
• Complete tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure daily operations.

• Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support.
• Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
• Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations.

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group/Dash In participates in E-Verify)
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software.
• Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support.
• Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
