Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight store operations and activities of the Overnight Crew across multiple departments (shift 10pm-7:30am).
• Ensure production processes, quality control and food safety guidelines are met.
• Maintain productivity of the Overnight Crew in stocking and rotating merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff across departments and shifts.
• Keep departments neat, clean and visually appealing and ready for customers at opening.
